Arena Mall starts 2025 with ambitious projects: expansion of the shopping center and new international brands!

Arena Mall marks the beginning of 2025 with an important development stage. As part of the expansion works – Phase III, the old parking lot of the shopping center will be replaced with 23,000 sqm of new commercial spaces. After the completion of this project, Arena Mall will reach a net area of 47,000 sqm, thus becoming a reference shopping center in the region.

New facilities for a premium experience
To ensure the comfort of visitors, Arena Mall has already inaugurated a new parking lot, with two strategic entrances and exits: The first is located in the traffic light area, next to Supeco store. The second is located at the intersection with LIDL store.

Access through the cargo dock area will be dedicated exclusively to the supply of stores, and customers are encouraged to use the two new access routes.

Opening in March 2026: more brands, relaxation spaces and modern amenities
The expansion will bring a number of major benefits to visitors:
An expanded portfolio of stores, including internationally renowned brands such as Peek & Cloppenburg, Starbucks, Kultho, Douglas, JD Sports, Obsentum and Foot Locker, along with others to be announced soon.
